General Conditions

• A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required at time of booking and is non refundable; Total cost will be charged if cancelled within 21 days before arrival. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest fails to appear.  If the guest decides to leave before the end of the book, the nights not spent in accommodation will not be refunded-Will require proof of identity and registered a credit card to cover any damages were caused to the structure.
• It is absolutely forbidden the sublease and, also, the apartment will be occupied by the same people mentioned when booking. We will require proof of identity and registered a credit card to cover any damages were caused to the structure. No security deposit is due to “Casa Enriqueta” for any damages or problems caused to the condominium host and, in general, for all that is beyond the competence of the specific activity.
• It is categorically forbidden to disturb the neighbors. After a first warning, in case of relapse, “Casa Enriqueta” may request the removal of those responsible, holding the amount already paid in reimbursement.
• “Casa Enriqueta” is in no way responsible for any thefts were perpetrated in the apartment.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In is from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 20:00, unless otherwise agreed. After this time, from 8pm to 10 pm  there is a late fee of € 30,00; after 10 pm, there is a late fee of € 50
• The Check-Out is before 12 pm on the appointed day. If you want to enjoy the comfort of the apartment after this time, contact the direction to reserve a late check-out (upon availability) for a small fee.
• The return is perfected with the return of the keys, in agreement with the direction of the structure. The loss of the same, will be charged to the customer for the cost of lock’s replacement amounts to € 200.00.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning of the apartment, as well as the linen change, takes place every 7 days for longer stays or at the end of stay, for shorter ones. 
• Guests are encouraged to leave the stove clean, and to dispose garbage in the selected area.The Trastevere area requires that trash is differentiated before disposal. To this end inside the apartment will find specific instructions and will be shown where to deposit your bags for disposal.
